Important information
Due to changes in tax regulations effective from January 1, 2020, to receive a VAT invoice for a company, please provide complete details (name, address, tax ID number) no later than at the time of prepayment or providing the credit card number for the charge. Without this information, issuing the invoice at a later date will not be possible.
At check-in, a valid photo ID and credit card must be presented. Special requests will be fulfilled subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
