• Due to changes in tax regulations from January 1, 2020, to receive a VAT invoice for a company, please provide complete details (name, address, VAT number) no later than at the time of making a prepayment or providing a credit card number for charging. Without this information, issuing an invoice at a later date will be impossible.
• At check-in, a valid photo ID and credit card are required. Special requests will be fulfilled depending on availability and may be subject to an additional fee.
